Booking & Payment Details
Important information about reserving your dining experience
Reservation Process
- 1.Submit your experience request with preferred date
- 2.Receive confirmation of availability within 24-48 hours
- 3.Review and sign event agreement
- 4.Complete deposit to secure your date
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit due at booking to secure your date
- Remaining balance due 7 days prior to event
- Final guest count due 5 days prior for culinary preparation
Event Agreement
- Digital contract sent via DocuSign for your convenience
- Includes venue policies, liability waiver, and event terms
- Must be signed before deposit payment can be processed
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days: Full refund minus processing fees
- 14-29 days: 50% of deposit refunded
- Under 14 days: Deposit non-refundable
