Reservation Process

  • 1.Submit your experience request with preferred date
  • 2.Receive confirmation of availability within 24-48 hours
  • 3.Review and sign event agreement
  • 4.Complete deposit to secure your date

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit due at booking to secure your date
  • Remaining balance due 7 days prior to event
  • Final guest count due 5 days prior for culinary preparation

Event Agreement

  • Digital contract sent via DocuSign for your convenience
  • Includes venue policies, liability waiver, and event terms
  • Must be signed before deposit payment can be processed

Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days: Full refund minus processing fees
  • 14-29 days: 50% of deposit refunded
  • Under 14 days: Deposit non-refundable
